How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. When you place an order via our web store it is sent directly to our drop shipping partner for production. Once printed, our drop shipping partner will dispatch the order to your nominated address.

Please note that due to the nature of print-on-demand, once you have submitted your order and it is sent to our print provider for production, you will not be able to change or cancel your order.

What currency are the prices on your website? 

All prices are in USD.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue for you quickly, please send us an email at [email protected] within 1 week of receiving your damaged item along with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.


When will I get my order?

As our products are printed on demand via our drop shipping partners, it normally takes between 3-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time will vary depending on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA – 5-8 business days
Canada – 10-15 business days
International – 10-30 business days

Where will my order ship from?

While we work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, a vast majority of orders will ship from the USA. To be certain, please check the individual product listing to find out where your item will ship from.

Please note: as not all products utilise the same fulfilment centres, if you have ordered products from multiple product categories, your order may be shipped in parts. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us  with your order number via the contact form on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

If the shipping address you entered was incorrect or contained a mistake, unfortunately we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. For this reason, please ensure you double-check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order. 


What’s your return policy?

As all items offered in our store are currently printed-on-demand (made to order), we are not able offer returns or exchanges at this time. If there is something wrong with your order though, please email us within 1 week of receiving your order at [email protected] and we’ll sort that out for you as a matter of priority.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply to you, please send us an email at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you as a matter of urgency.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about which size is best, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store (in the product description section).

Although rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please send us an email at [email protected] within 1 week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.
