As all items offered in our store are currently printed-on-demand (made to order), we are not able offer returns or exchanges at this time. If there is something wrong with your order though, please email us within 1 week of receiving your order at [email protected] and we’ll sort that out for you as a matter of priority.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply to you, please send us an email within 1 week of receiving your order at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items along with your order details and we’ll sort that out for you as quickly as possible.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about which size is best, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store (in the product description section).
Although rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please send us an email at [email protected] within 1 week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.
